Many people today live with many different intolerances. These can even develop later in life. Some others, on the other hand, have had to struggle with intolerances since childhood. These can manifest themselves in numerous ways and are often difficult to analyze.
Do you want to become healthier, but don’t know where to start?
In this article by Daniel Hertig on food intolerance, you will learn everything you need to know to become healthy yourself.
The number of people with intolerances is increasing rapidly. The causes are wide-ranging. For example, there is talk that additives in our food, prolonged use of antibiotics and gastrointestinal infections can cause an imbalance in our intestinal flora. This affects our intestinal function and our entire microbiome. What is increasing even more, however, are diffuse intolerances.
What are the causes of intolerances?
Intolerances can have many causes.
Some people are born with certain intolerances.
They always occur when our organism cannot completely break down individual food components.
Enzymes are responsible for breaking down the food we eat every day.
They are contained in large quantities in our digestive tract.
A lack of certain enzymes can mean that certain foods cannot be broken down in the usual way.
For example, if too little of the enzyme lactase is present, our body cannot break down lactose.
In this case, we speak of lactose intolerance or intolerance to dairy products.
Bacteria then take over the tasks of the enzymes in our intestines during digestion.
This process produces gases, which can cause unpleasant flatulence and abdominal pain, among other things.
The cause of unexplained intolerances is more difficult to analyze.
There are often several reasons for the development.
Intolerances do not normally develop suddenly, but over a long period of time.
Which intolerances occur most frequently?
The triggers of incompatibilities at a glance
- Milk sugar intolerance/ lactose intolerance
Around 15% of Germans suffer from lactose intolerance. This often only sets in after a specific amount of dairy products have been consumed. The reason for this is an enzyme deficiency, which can have many causes. - Fructose intolerance
Fruit sugar, also known as fructose, gives the fruit we eat its sweetness. Around one in ten Germans is affected to some extent by this intolerance. Some people cannot eat fructose at all or can hardly eat it at all. For others, typical symptoms only manifest themselves after eating large quantities of fruit. The reason for the intolerance is a lack of transport proteins that carry the fructose through our blood. As soon as all transporters are fully utilized, digestive problems occur. - Gluten intolerance
Anyone who develops an intolerance to gluten can usually attribute this to a combination of genetic predispositions and external influences. The intolerance itself is to the gluten proteins of various types of cereals. In severe cases, which have often been present since childhood, we speak of coeliac disease. This is the equivalent of a gluten allergy. - Histamine intolerance
In the case of histamine intolerance, our body reacts to an increased amount of histamine. Foods containing histamine, such as many ready-made products, should be replaced with fresh products in the event of an intolerance. Middle-aged women in particular often develop this type of intolerance. - Sucrose intolerance
With this type of intolerance, our body is unable to break down ordinary table sugar or maltose. As with many other intolerances, this may be the case in certain quantities for some people, but not at all for others.
It is important to note that intolerances must be distinguished from allergies. Allergies are hypersensitivities of the immune system to certain substances and can have serious health consequences. In contrast, intolerances are usually less severe and cause symptoms such as abdominal pain and diarrhea, but not life-threatening reactions like allergies.
When do intolerances occur?
Intolerances are often difficult to analyze because they do not occur immediately after ingesting food.
Our digestion takes a different amount of time depending on the amount and type of food.
All symptoms therefore occur with a time delay after eating.
This is often the case between 6 and 72 hours after eating.
In addition, symptoms often only appear gradually, which can make diagnosis even more difficult.
What are the typical symptoms of intolerances?
The symptoms of intolerances and unexplained intolerances can manifest themselves in many different ways.
They often include:
Digestive problems such as diarrhea
Flatulence
Heartburn
Abdominal cramps
Skin rash
Dizziness
Headaches
General fatigue
Unexplained intolerances and their symptoms
Which diseases are associated with unexplained intolerances?
The intolerance problem often occurs in combination with other diseases:
Asthma, lung problems, mucus
Neurodermatitis, psoriasis and other skin diseases
Ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease
All rheumatic diseases
Do I have an allergy or intolerance?
An allergy is an overreaction of our immune system to a certain external influence.
This can be food or other things.
An allergic reaction is triggered by our body when it is touched or ingested.
This usually involves a skin rash, itching, a runny nose or gastrointestinal problems.
An intolerance, on the other hand, is an enzyme deficiency or a malfunction of our digestive tract.
The origin of this can vary from person to person and usually only occurs gradually.
A limited ability to digest food often manifests itself in gastrointestinal problems, bloating and discomfort.
As the symptoms of allergies and intolerances sometimes coincide, it is important to first clarify exactly what the problem is.
Allergies can be tested with the help of allergy tests.
In the case of intolerances, the whole thing is somewhat more difficult.
How can intolerances be detected?
We humans want to know everything absolutely and precisely, but incompatibilities are relative.
When we do an IGM blood test, it is just as relative and inaccurate.
On the one hand, this can be attributed to the fact that the database cannot know what quality of wheat or milk was taken and in what quantity.
In addition, the IGM test can only be interpreted at all for foods that have been eaten in the last 4 days.
The quality of our food today is so variable that we have practically no reliable reference point.
Tests are therefore often not meaningful.
On the other hand, it has been proven to help strengthen the immune system.
When all the enzymes in our digestive system are active again and have multiplied, the problems disappear.
IGM test for unexplained intolerances
What are typical triggers of unexplained intolerances?
All intolerances are relative.
They are relative to the amount we eat – but also relative to the quality of the product.
Wheat, for example, is no longer healthy.
If someone has an intolerance to wheat products, just 10 grams of pizza dough is enough to trigger a negative reaction in our body.
The reason for this is that it is highly allergenic.
Only 80 grams of wholemeal bread (significantly less allergenic) causes a similar reaction.
If someone has a milk intolerance, just 20 ml of UHT milk is enough to cause symptoms.
On the other hand, milk drunk directly after milking only causes a reaction after 100 ml.
How do unexplained intolerances arise?
The main problem with food quality is that we have no knowledge of the number of biophotons and healthy quanta it contains.
As consumers, we only get an insight into what we see.
Unfortunately, not what we feel.
That is precisely the crux of the matter.
We only feel the poor quality once we have eaten the food.
The intolerances are then not far away.
In addition to the lack of healthy biophotons and quanta, we receive a massive overdose of unhealthy chaotic vibrations every day.
Every person has a different resistance to these chaotic vibrations.
Our immune system receives fewer and fewer ordered, healthy vibrations through our food.
Instead, it is constantly bombarded with chaotic, unhealthy vibrations.
If we keep this in mind, we realize that the immune system is constantly being pushed to its limits.
This always happens as soon as the disorder becomes too overwhelming.
For the immune system, order is not just half of life, but the whole of it.
Which therapy will help me to combat my intolerances?
We recommend reading the book “Umsteigen” (“Changing over”) from chaos to order.
It describes all of Daniel Hertig’s knowledge about nutrition in detail.
We then recommend reorganizing the intestines and the immune system with our FormSlim metabolic complex remedies.
If the intestines are too weak, they should be energized with the Repuls device.
Only when sufficient enzymes are present do we give our body the opportunity to regenerate itself.
Incompatibilities can be overcome in this way.
For chronic or severe intolerances, we also recommend using our NanoCampo nano magnetic field mats.
If the body is no longer able to heal properly, this solution can bring about an enormous improvement in quality of life.
